Getting started with raja97 on mobile
Installation options
- Android APK: download and install directly on your device
- iOS: access via Safari or Chrome browser (no app store listing)
- Web app: use any browser on any device
Android APK installation
To install the raja97 app on Android, first enable installation from unknown sources in your device settings. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle the option on. This allows you to install apps outside the Google Play Store. Download the APK file from our website or through a direct link provided in your account. Once downloaded, open the file and follow the on-screen prompts. The app will request permissions to access your device's storage and network connection—these are required for account login and push notifications. After installation completes, open the app, enter your username or email, and your password to log in.
iOS browser access
iPhone and iPad users access raja97 through Safari or Chrome. Open your browser, navigate to our website, and log in with your username or email and password. The mobile web version automatically detects your device and adjusts the layout for a smaller screen. You can bookmark the page on your home screen for quick access. Unlike the Android app, iOS browser access does not require enabling unknown sources or granting app-level permissions. Your login session persists across browser visits, so you remain signed in unless you manually log out or clear your browser cache.
Web app and progressive features
Our web app works on any device with a modern browser—Android, iOS, Windows, or Mac. The web version includes progressive web app (PWA) features: it caches essential pages so you can view your account balance and transaction history even if your connection drops temporarily. When your network returns, the app syncs automatically. Push notifications alert you to deposit confirmations, withdrawal status updates, and login attempts from new devices. You can enable or disable notifications in your account settings. The web app uses approximately 15–20 MB of storage and works on devices with 2 GB of RAM or higher.
Account registration and login on mobile
Whether you use the Android app or browser, account registration follows the same steps. Tap or click "Open an account," enter your email or phone number, create a password, and complete KYC verification by uploading a government-issued ID and proof of address. Our verification team reviews submissions within one business day. Once approved, you can deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are confirmed in real time. Your login credentials are encrypted during transmission, and we store passwords using industry-standard hashing. Two-factor authentication is available in account settings for added security.
Device compatibility and network considerations
The raja97 app requires Android 7.0 or higher. iOS users need Safari or Chrome on iOS 12 or later. The web app works on any browser released in the last three years. If you experience slow loading, check your network connection first. Our platform is optimized for 3G and 4G speeds; on very weak connections, pages may take 5–10 seconds to load. The app caches images and scripts locally, so subsequent visits are faster. If you see certificate warnings or SSL errors, ensure your device's date and time are correct. Incorrect system time can cause security certificate validation to fail.
Common installation issues
If the Android APK fails to install, verify that you have enabled unknown sources in your security settings and that your device has at least 50 MB of free storage. Some devices block installation if the APK is downloaded via certain browsers; try downloading via a different browser or a file manager app. If you see a "certificate untrusted" warning on iOS or Android, do not proceed—this indicates a network interception or misconfigured device time. Restart your device and try again. If the app crashes on launch, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → raja97 → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart. If login fails, confirm that your username or email and password are correct. Use the "Forgot password" link to reset your password if needed.
Data, permissions, and account security
The raja97 app requests permission to access your device's network connection and storage. We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or location. Your account data—username, email, deposit history, and withdrawal records—is encrypted in transit and at rest on our servers. We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or to prevent fraud. When you reset your password, we send a verification link to your registered email. Click the link within subject to verification to create a new password. If you do not recognize a login attempt, change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication. Your withdrawal requests are logged and subject to a review window to verify your identity and linked payment method before processing.
